WHAT MØLLER REPORTED

In a statement published on 12 September, the Danish Football Association reported that Jesper Møller had attended FIFA's Legal Committee meeting on Wednesday 9 September. Møller said FFE was absent from the agenda.

He criticised the process and argued that a proposal raising legal issues should have been discussed by that committee. The statement gives his account but does not provide meeting minutes or a detailed list of his questions.

PROCESS AND LIMITS

Møller said it was impossible to get answers because FIFA wanted to await an expected discussion at the October Council meeting. Reuters independently reported the DBU statement and said it had contacted FIFA for comment.

The sources establish Møller's account of the meeting. They do not establish a legal violation, a formal investigation, a new Council decision or the outcome of any later discussion.

EXISTING POSITION AND EARLIER FIFA RESPONSE

Møller repeated his view that FIFA needed new leadership and that associations should find an alternative candidate. This continued the DBU's earlier public position; the 12 September statement is not presented as a new board decision.

FIFA said on 5 August that mistakes had been made in the investment-plan process, apologised and said a review would be presented to the Council. That dated position is background, not a response to Møller's later account.

FIFA'S LATER REPORTED RESPONSE

In a Reuters report with a 16 September dateline, FIFA says that standing committees advise and assist the Council under its rules, and that a review of FFE would be presented to the Council. That commitment does not establish delivery of a review or resolve Møller's account.
