Website hosting
IONOS Deploy Now at launch
Following an explicit launch approval, the planned hosting provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, using IONOS Deploy Now. The site has not been deployed as part of this preparation.
When a visitor requests a page, the hosting infrastructure must process connection and request data needed to deliver and secure the site. Depending on the request, this can include the IP address, date and time, requested resource, response status, referrer, user-agent, request identifiers and technical device or browser information.
The purpose is reliable page delivery, security, abuse prevention and technical fault analysis. The intended legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in providing a secure, resilient public website. Provider-side retention depends on the operational service and selected plan; no fixed period is asserted here. Data should be retained only for the applicable operational or legal purpose and then deleted or anonymised under the provider’s rules.
IONOS provides an agreement on commissioned processing under Art. 28 GDPR. The agreement, the actual Deploy Now configuration and the provider’s current processing details must be confirmed once more immediately before launch.
Analytics and storage
No audience tracking
InFIFAntiNo does not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, affiliate tracking, social embeds, external video, browser fingerprinting or a newsletter tool. No optional IONOS WebAnalytics or Deploy Now visitor-statistics feature has been enabled by the project. This must be confirmed in the actual project configuration before launch. No log drain or third-party monitoring service is configured.
The application sets no cookie and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. The absence of audience analytics does not mean that IP addresses are never processed: necessary request data still reaches the hosting network as described above.
Because no technology requiring consent is used in the reviewed build, no consent banner is shown. This assessment must be repeated before any future analytics, embeds, forms, marketing tools or non-essential storage are added.
Email contact
IONOS Mail Basic
The public mailbox is provided through IONOS Mail Basic by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS acts as a processor for mailbox operation under its agreement on commissioned processing, which expressly covers Mail Basic.
If you email us, we process the information you send, such as your name or sender address, message content, technical email metadata and any attachments, so that we can receive, assess and answer the message.
For enquiries aimed at entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in answering editorial, press, source and correction enquiries. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were sent, unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage.
External destinations
Links and mailto actions
No data is sent to an external source, campaign or petition merely because its link appears on a page. Data is transferred to that third party only when you choose to follow the link. A mailto link opens the email software configured on your device; sending the message uses your own email provider before it reaches the IONOS mailbox.
External sites are governed by their own privacy practices. They open in a new tab and use protective link attributes.
Your rights
Data-protection requests
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact contact@infifantino.com to exercise these rights.
