Football is a global cultural and sporting commons carried by players, clubs, communities, volunteers and fans. The institutions that govern it hold real responsibilities: to act transparently, explain major decisions, manage power and listen to the people affected.

We document where those standards are met, where they fall short and what practical reform could look like. The goal is informed pressure, not permanent outrage.
