Tebas says Spain should rethink its 2030 role under stated conditions

THE CONDITIONAL STATEMENT

At the World Football Summit in Madrid on 15 September, LaLiga president Javier Tebas told Cadena SER that Spain should reconsider its position in the 2030 World Cup project if Gianni Infantino remained FIFA president. EFE reported the full condition as Infantino being re-elected and FIFA deciding that Morocco would host the final.

Tebas also told EFE that he did not know whether Spain should withdraw. His stated position was that Spain should rethink what it was doing in the World Cup project.
